Directed and photographed an integrated marketing campaign for a luxury global hotel group. The centerpiece was an innovative "Gastronomic Passport", a multi-channel loyalty program that transformed guest stays into culinary adventures across partner restaurants and properties worldwide. This concept addressed a key opportunity: extending guest engagement beyond their initial stay while deepening loyalty to the hotel brand.
The gastronomic passport reimagined how hotel guests experience a destination. Rather than dining in isolation, guests received a passport at check-in that invited them to explore a curated network of partner restaurants throughout the city. Each dining experience earned a stamp, and completing the journey unlocked a premium reward: a complimentary night at a partner hotel anywhere within the global group.
